APPLIANCE SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Our service agreements will keep your appliances protected year upon year under one plan. Pay by Direct Debit each month and if something goes wrong, we’ll send an engineer straight to your home - it really is that easy. Choose how many, and which appliances you would like to protect, and we’ll add them to your plan.

One-off repairs
If you need an immediate repair, let one of our qualified engineers take a look at your boiler or kitchen appliance. Our call-out fee covers their visit to your home, as well as any minor repairs fixed within an hour. If more work is required, or if you need a new appliance, we will tell you and let you decide how you’d like to proceed.
